In Summer of 2023 Varvara Keidan Shavrova started her eight month LAHP-funded Research Placement at the Science Museum. During the placement she will benefit from unrestricted access to Science Museum Flight Galleries , conducting her research into flight and its representation in consultation with two museum curators, that will enhance her understanding of space flight through both archival and object-based characteristics, and will lead her research, including the practical creative element of it, into new and exciting realms.
The Research placement is funded by the London Arts and Humanities Partnership.
